I have worked with Joel for about ten years and when he decided to set up Elite, I immediately moved my business to his accountancy practice. Joel is different to most of my previous accountants - he is responsive, he chases me up and not the other way around; if he says it will be done tomorrow it is! I’ve known Joel now ,for getting on 2 years. I’ve been in business for almost 35 years myself and have had to change accountants on only a couple of occasions. So when I started to feel that my previous accountant failed to provide the response I required in a timely manor, reluctantly I decided to move on. Joel recently helped me to put a financial forecast together that resulted in me being able to secure funding to purchase Bradford Estates, a business I had previously worked for. He is hard working and very easy to talk to!

I've just returned back from my meeting with Joel to go over this year's set of accounts. I just wanted to pass on a good word to you about Joel. He really is very good! He always gets back to me very quickly regarding any questions I have. very diligent in his work, and a nice person to boot. I can't really ask for more than that. 
Thanks also for suggesting the switch to Xero for my accounts. An hour of work each month categorising the transactions is certainly worth it for the benefits it brings.
